This policy explains what information ToolVerse collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Order information: when you buy a product, we collect the name and email address you enter at checkout, along with the product, amount and payment reference for that order.
Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored on ToolVerse systems. We store only the payment reference identifiers needed to confirm and support your order.
Communications: if you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send in that message.

To create, confirm and deliver your order — including sending your download link to the email address you provide.
To provide support when you contact us about a purchase or a product.
To keep records of orders as required for accounting and dispute resolution.
We do not sell your personal information.

Order records are stored in ToolVerse's hosted cloud database, protected by access rules that restrict who can read them.
This website itself does not require you to create an account to browse or purchase.

After a successful payment we email your download link and thank-you message to the address you provided at checkout. These are transactional emails related to your order.

You can ask us to correct or delete your order information, or to stop sending you order emails, by writing to sahayaalx.s@gmail.com. We'll action reasonable requests.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The date below reflects the latest revision.
