Refund Policy

Our complete refund policy is being finalised and will be published on this page once confirmed. Until then, this is what applies:

  • If anything goes wrong with your order — a failed delivery, a duplicate payment or a product that doesn't work as described — contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
  • Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we review refund requests individually rather than offering an automatic window.
  • We have not published any refund window, eligibility rules or percentages yet, and we won't until the policy is confirmed.
