About these terms
- These terms apply when you browse toolverse websites and purchase any digital product published by ToolVerse. By completing a purchase you accept them.
Products and availability
- Each product page describes what the product does, its requirements and its limitations. Products are sold as described on their product page at the time of purchase.
- Products marked as coming soon or in development are not yet for sale and cannot be purchased.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are one-time payments unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
- The amount for every order is confirmed by ToolVerse's server against its trusted product records before payment is created, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Delivery
- Digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful payment, your access link appears on the confirmation screen and is emailed to the address you provided.
- If a delivery email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact support with your payment ID.
Licence and acceptable use
- When you buy a ToolVerse product you receive a personal-use licence. You may use the product for your own purposes, but you may not share, resell, redistribute or publish your download link or the product files.
- You may not attempt to interfere with the website, its payment flow, or its security controls.
Support and refunds
- Support is available at sahayaalx.s@gmail.com for purchase, delivery and product questions. Refund terms are published separately on the Refund Policy page.
